This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette, computer literacy, and organizational skills, with a preference for those who have experience in a property management environment. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring effective communication and routing of calls. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required. Experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred but is not required. Ability to type efficiently and accurately while proofreading documents for errors.
