A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we’ve served the community since 1960. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. We are looking for Receptionist – Part-Time. Part-Time; shifts vary between 7a to 3p and 3p to 9p

Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays Receptionist Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Receptionist or concierge experience required. Must be able to work weekends.

Receptionist Job Summary:

Route incoming mail and packages to appropriate mailbox, community or Department. Maintain telecommunication system for console operation and paging system. Maintain files and listing of residents by name, room number, and extension. Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Maintain security by monitoring logbook; security screens, emergency notifications, /communication, alarms, parking, accounting for visitors. Notify maintenance or housekeeping regarding lobby/building maintenance issues. Assist various departments with administrative duties and projects as assigned.
