The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon and provide them with information about services offered. Manage appointment scheduling through phone calls and in-person requests, ensuring efficient use of time slots. Handle POS transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash drawers. Assist with product demonstrations and provide recommendations based on client needs. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that all promotional materials are up-to-date. Support retail sales by promoting products and assisting clients with their selections. Communicate effectively with stylists and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance on customer service best practices.
