The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position will be part-time. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes. Schedule appointments efficiently using our booking system. Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and managing receipts. Provide information about services, products, and promotions to clients. Assist in retail sales by upselling products during client visits and conducting product demos. Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies. Support salon staff by supervising waiting areas and assisting with client inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for all clients. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a salon or beauty environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is preferred. Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive client experience. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing appointments and inventory. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn about new products and services.
