THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION TO INCLUDE SATURDAYS
The Receptionist at Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This position is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring that all incoming calls are handled efficiently and professionally. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing them with information and directing them to the appropriate departments. Additionally, this role involves performing various administrative tasks that support the overall operations of the retail trade environment. Ultimately, the Receptionist contributes to the positive image of the dealership and enhances customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the retail trade industry. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Operate office equipment such as copy machines and fax machines to support daily operations. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional atmosphere.
