WHAT YOU’LL DO

Front Desk Excellence:

Greet every client with positive energy and ensure seamless appointment flow. Schedule Like a

Pro:

Book, confirm, and optimize appointment schedules while assisting with staff schedules.

Customer Experience Focused:

Handle client questions, upsell services & retail, and ensure each guest leaves feeling incredible. Act as Manager on

Duty:

Step in when the Spa Manager is away, keeping the team aligned and operations smooth.

Retail & Inventory Management:

Keep products stocked, track inventory, and maintain retail displays to The Tox standard. Maintain a

Pristine Studio:

Ensure the space is a spotless, high-end studio environment —from treatment rooms to the front desk.

Ensure Team Excellence:

Lead team meetings and affirmations for the day when Studio Manager is away.

Problem-Solver & Team Support:

Be the go-to for handling in-house issues with professionalism and urgency.
