Hours:
Mon. through Fri. (1-3 days per week) – 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Weekends – As needed This position will serve as a back-up to the F/T and weekend Receptionists. Schedule will be created one month in advance. Will work approximately 25 hours per week.
Front Desk Receptionist/Greeter Responsibilities:
+ Welcome client’s when they arrive + Determine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area + Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service + Take thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner + Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary + Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas + Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
