Full Job Description Day Spa Receptionist Hours Needed:

Some Evenings and Weekends a MUST Requirements include but not limited to: Basic computers and internet knowledge are required as well as professional telephone and communication skills. Basic math skills a must.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients.
• Managing client appointments.
• Checking guests in and out.
• Maintaining a clean environment and appearance.
• Promoting on-going and future specials.
• Managing gift card sales.
• Assisting spa manager with various tasks.
• Have a flexible schedule.
• Filing, payment processing, guest relations and light cleaning.
• Front desk experience preferable
