The Position Proposition:

A Receptionist, or Front Desk Receptionist, is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management. Some skills required are Communication, Multitasking, Prioritizing, Organization, Technical skills, Interpersonal skills, Initiative and problem-solving abilities, & Dependability.

Educational & Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED is required. 1-2 years of experience in administrative role in the utility industry. Proficiency in using and MS Office Experience with Smart Sheet is a plus, but not required
Meticulous attention to detail with strong quantitative and problem-solving acumen. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
