Job Description
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Cloud Law Firm Largo, FL 33770 Candidate would be responsible for performing receptionist and general administrative clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations of the law office. Those duties would include but are not limited to: answering/transferring incoming calls and messages, scheduling and calendaring appointments, preparing and sending correspondence, filing and other general administrative duties as needed.
Skills and Requirements:
Candidate must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently Candidate must have excellent communication skills General computer skills including typing and use of Windows Office Products Reliable transportation
Job:
Full-time; $15.00 to $17.00 per hour (rate of pay dependent on qualifications) Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (one hour for lunch) Please e-mail your resume for review. Employment is contingent on a background check.
