This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are crucial for success in this position. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, and families in a warm and welcoming manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Maintain a clean and organized reception and offices area to create a positive first impression. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Assist with other staff and management as needed. Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations. Experience Recent experience as a front receptionist is required . Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures is essential. Proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling and record management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
