Key Responsibilities Greet all visitors and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Manage front desk operations, including visitor sign-ins and badge distribution Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room coordination Provide administrative support to various departments as needed What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Professional appearance and demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred Why Join CoverageX?
