Position Overview:
We’re seeking a personable, detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant / Office Assistant to support our evening and weekend operations. This role combines customer-facing service with light administrative and facility tasks—perfect for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and can stay organized when things get busy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests, students, and clients with professionalism and warmth Sign in students and process payments using MindbodyOnline software Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries appropriately Check in guests for dance classes, private lessons, and venue tours Assist with light facility tasks (e.g., taking out trash, tidying front areas) Prep, organize, and occasionally transport event décor Occasionally launder event linens onsite Stay calm and collected during high-traffic periods
Requirements:
Lives within 30 minutes of the venue Has reliable transportation Comfortable using or learning MindbodyOnline Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Organized, adaptable, and comfortable with multitasking Available Tuesday-Thursday evenings (6:30-10:30 PM) and select weekends (4-hour shifts)
