Receptionist

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Provides support to administrative office staff assuring a smooth departmental work flow. Responsible for performing daily tasks such as sorting mail, answering phone and routing incoming calls, filing, copying, data entry, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal. Relieves office staff of clerical work, and minor administrative and business detail.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred. Two or more years of administrative experience required.
