Crown Collision Center in St. Petersburg is hiring a Receptionist to answer incoming calls, welcome visitors and handle day-to-day transactions at our busy location! Additional Responsibilities Include:

Accepting Payments for services and products
Contacting customers with updates on repairs of their vehicle
Opening internal tickets for repair jobs
Preparing salvage yard paperwork
Assisting estimators as needed Performing other clerical duties as needed
Attending meetings, complying with company policies and performing other duties as needed The right candidate for this job will have the following: Minimum six (6) months basic office experience or receptionist experience
Office/Receptionist experience in a Body Shop/Collision Shop is HIGHLY preferred, will train the right candidate!
Fast-paced office•MUST be able to handle high volume
Clear, pleasant and professional voice, manner and appearance
Basic typing, calculator, computer skills along with other basic office skills
Basic math skills along with the ability to follow and carry out written/oral instructions
Ability to deal with problems by handling them as instructed/trained
Current FL Driver’s License and ability to meet U.S. employment and Crown’s eligibility requirements•includes background and drug-screen
