The position is part time.
The hours available are:
Sat & Sun 8 am to 8 pm, every other weekend required. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with residents, family members, vendors and employees Answer phones, take messages, distribute mail, sign for packages Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day Daily screening of employees, family members and vendors Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive. Experience with MS Office.
