Warehouse Receptionist Serviced Fire Equipment, Inc. 3200 62nd Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702 Job Summary We are seeking an efficient, reliable, and hard-working full-time administrative assistant/receptionist. Serviced Fire Equipment is family-owned and locally-operated since 1999. We have over 10 team members that sell and service fire extinguishers for the general public, local businesses, and other fire equipment dealers. Duties Fielding phone inquiries from different levels of clientele Calling clients when their equipment is ready for pick-up Filing and Scanning Answering email sales inquiries Invoicing and processing customer payments Keeping office areas and bathrooms neat, clean, and organized Data Entry Ordering and pick up lunch Processing incoming and outgoing equipment shipments Generating estimates for current and potential customers Making collection calls Making sales calls If you are passionate about providing excellent service and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our team as a Receptionist.
