$40.3K – $44.7K a year 2 days ago Qualifications Entry level Full Job Description Greet visitors and refer to appropriate staff members using proper office etiquette. Answer visitors’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Answer phone, route calls, and take messages. Screen calls and visitors to control interruptions. Order and maintain office supplies. Maintain meeting schedule of conference room. Maintain visitor logs. Ship office packages via UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne/USPS. Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages. Research, price, purchase, and monitor inventory of office equipment and supplies. Perform general clerical duties to include but are not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls. Arrange amenities for meetings and conferences as needed. Maintain appearance of the lobby, front desk, conference room, and breakroom areas. Participate in the Morale Committee and employee social functions. Arrange monthly birthday/anniversary celebrations. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Other duties as assigned.
