As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtes Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure sites are ready for incoming guests. Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when answering calls or directing inquiries. Assist with administrative duties as needed, including filing and data entry. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with computer software is an advantage. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed. Proficient in handling phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
