setting; a must. Experience with Electronic Health (Medical) Records is highly desired. Bilingual (ENGLISH and SPANISH) is a plus. 1+ years of coding and medical billing experience is a plus. Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Criminal History Check, and Professional Reference Check.
Job Description:
1. Professional phone skills in answering office phone, scheduling and confirming appointments, triaging Patient Phone Calls 2. Collecting in-office payments, Checking patients in/out, Closing out of the day. 3. Scanning, faxing and uploading documents, dealing with incoming and outgoing faxes. 4. Verifying insurances and prior authorizations. 5. Assisting Provider as needed.
