Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant Integrity Hearing Associates LLC Gulf Breeze, FL 32561

Front Desk Receptionist:

Are you happiest when meeting new people, sharing a smile with them, and assisting in their healthcare decisions? Our company is looking for a very mature and experienced person to act as the heart of our flourishing, contemporary hearing practice! to be our front desk receptionist! As the front desk receptionist, you will represent the face of our company. You are the first opportunity to form a lasting relationship with new patients, while maintaining a positive relationship with our existing patients. We are looking for someone who is highly personable, trustworthy, energetic, organized and caring. Professionalism and excellent customer service capabilities

Duties:
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
  • Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance information
  • Maintain patient records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with billing and coding tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide excellent customer support and address patient inquiries or concerns
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager or healthcare professionals as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a hearing or medical office is preferred
  • Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, scanners)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills Beyond that, prior experience and skill-sets in Microsoft Word, Excel, patient management software and emailing will heighten your overall appropriateness for this position.

  • Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (no weekends).
