Office Assistant/Receptionist Barrons Property Managers Gulf Breeze, FL 32561 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant/ Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, answering phones, and coordinating property viewings. This position requires strong organizational skills, time management, ready to learn attitude, and patience. Word/excel experience preferred, ability to multi-task on multiple computer screens and/or software applications, and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Duties Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Manage tenant/owner communications, schedule appointments, property tours, etc. Assist with customer inquiries about available listings. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date. Ensuring all actions are recorded appropriately. Utilize specialized property management software system, Microsoft Excel and Word. Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly. Ability to take on new duties/task as needed with effective time management and planning. Qualifications Previous experience as a property manager preferred. Excellent customer service skills in person and on phone, email. Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Appfolio Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is required. Verifiable references preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Ability to type efficiently and accurately. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

position. This job is best for someone looking to make their start in the real estate business/property management business. This person should be comfortable in a fast paced professional business setting, but welcoming to the family dynamic of the company. This position would be Monday- Friday of up to 4 hours per day, maximum 20 hours per week. New job tasks, increased hours and pay are possible based on job compatibility/performance.
