What You’ll Do:
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients—both two
- and four-legged.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and checking in pets for lodging, daycare, grooming, and training Answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records Providing facility tours and promoting our services Supporting our team with various administrative tasks

Passion for animals and a commitment to excellent client service Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with computers and scheduling software Previous experience in customer service or the pet care industry is a plus!
