We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate with a set schedule. We have a 3-day per week schedule available in our Independent Living (Tues-Thurs, 8a-4p) and a 1-day per week opportunity in our Assisted Living/Skilled Nursing front desk (Fridays 4p-midnight). One person willing to work these hours could fill both and be eligible for all full-time benefits. We will also consider hiring 2 people, both of which would be part-time. Essential Functions Include, but are not limited to: Greeting residents and visitors at the reception desk professionally and enthusiastically. Answering incoming phone calls and performing administrative support tasks for the community. Monitoring and operating electronic security control systems. Accurately maintaining daily logs, records and forms. Monitoring Emergency Response System. Taking immediate action when answering pendant/pull cords or smoke alarms. Responding to any emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner. Monitoring and controlling access to the building. Resolving and following up on all complaints and issues. Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and without direct supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner. Excellent time management skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an upright sitting or standing position for long periods of time. Ability to handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages. Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 50 lbs. Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property as required to meet job functions. Ability to type using a computer keyboard and visually read information off a computer monitor. Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in-person.
