This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Check in appointments and walk ins for grooming, boarding, and daycare. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and answer questions pertaining to dog grooming and boarding while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Maintaining front area clean and organized. Opening and closing procedures, including generating various daily reports. Assist grooming area as needed. Experience Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with office management practices and procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast – paced environment. Prior experience working with animals is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele, but not required.
