- Selling eyelash extension memberships
- Follow up with customers regarding their service
- Schedule stylists weekly and manager calendar
- Educate clients on retail products and benefits
- Keep front desk area and bathroom clean
- Keep track of all supplies and order inventory
- Market the Lash Lounge at Dr. Phillips/Winter Garden by posting before and after pics of clients (with consent)
- Answer phone calls and voicemails
- Be proficient and educated in working with POS software, sales transactions of clients for services
- Resolve issues such as scheduling conflicts, mishaps, customer complaints
- Assist with promotional events at the salon or outside of the salon Must be willing to work weekends
