Our Guest Services RepresentativesConcierge provide top quality service to our guests in person, over the phone, as well as through email. Candidates must be able to perform in a fast, friendly, and fun work environment with knowledge of basic level computer and typing skills.

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Availability nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness and ability to learn new software
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively and professionally convey information to others
• Highly adaptable with the ability to work under pressure
• Organizational skills and a past customer service orientation focus would be preferred
• Ability to handle money Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greet the Guests
• Provide information
• Explain Planet Obstacle policies and waiver information
• Complete sales transactions and handle cash
• Handle guest requests and customer service issues
• Stock concessions inventory
• Enter data into computer system
• Stock front desk supplies
• Other duties as assigned
