POSITION SUMMARY
: The purpose to this invaluable role is to keep the office organized and provide student services to prospective and current students. The Office/Admissions Assistant assists instructors with established curriculum. They also perform tours of the facility, enroll perspective students, and provide assistance towards new/established clientele and the company’s Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(includes but may not be limited to the following): Answer phone calls in a prompt, friendly, and warm manner using Elise Esthetics greeting. Ensure that lead inquiries get turned into tours. Ensure that enrollment folders are prepared for tours. Place orders using one of Elise Esthetics Institute vendors. Process Enrollment paperwork. Assist the Director, Faculty, and Students at EEI. Ensure office is continually organized and well-kept. Responsible for marketing new ideas. Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and keeping their calendar organized. Be a model for instructor-led classes when needed. Build a strong rapport with EEI students/clients. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and MyTime Scheduler, and update MyTime as needed Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; place and expedite orders; verify receipt; stock items; and deliver supplies to work stations. Create/prepare email communications for Student Spa, prospective students, and information meetings or class features. Manage all inbound phone calls from prospective students and clients. Conduct and schedule Onsight-facility tours. Forward information by receiving and distributing communications, collecting and mailing correspondence, and copying information. Check all student files to make sure the check list is complete within 2 weeks of the class starting, for example: all transcripts have been turned in. Follow up to ensure job verifications have been submitted from prospective students’ employers. Make copies for classes and instructors. Pick up orders as needed from our vendors. Coordinate food orders for monthly faculty and staff meetings. Coordinate maintenance requests for any repairs needed for school. Print diplomas for graduation and help coordinate the event, including verifying all files all complete. Update student balance spreadsheet 1st of the month. Help organize for site visit. Assist with yearly school review. Ensure all student kits have been ordered 2 weeks before orientation, and ensure all students have their kit items at orientation. Be Available to work until last student leaves. Oversee or contribute to special projects as needed. Light cleaning as needed. Ensure bathroom supplies are replenished.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Associate’s degree or 2 years of related professional experience, required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency with computers, telephone lines, and other related office equipment. Proficient typing skills.
