The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Manage reservations, including cancellations and modifications, using our booking system. Provide information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management and scheduling appointments. Utilize computer software, including Google Suite and QuickBooks, for daily operations. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Strong computer literacy skills; familiarity with Google Suite and QuickBooks is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to manage calendars effectively and handle office management tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
