Receptionist General Definition:

The building receptionist performs routine administrative and clerical tasks while ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the reception area at the main office. They set daily priorities based on knowledge of the overall function of the office and perform work as required or assigned. They are to professionally greet guests and provide information about the organization as needed to the public.

Job Responsibility List:

1. Receive and direct visitors/guests as needed 2. Performs clerical duties as necessary 3. Performs data entry tasks as required and directed 4. Orders and manages office materials and office care 5. Maintains a clean office working environment 6. Does all company printing duties/needs 7. Creates and orders all labels for projects 8. All office filing of necessary documents 9. Assists with office coordinator and team leaders for special projects or extra help as needed. 10. Perform notary functions as needed. 11. Performs any necessary administrative tasks as required for projects 12. Assists in any marketing strategies and innovation – Assists in marketing projects 13. Deals with all mailing activity as needed and coordinates receiving/pickup of project checks as needed 14. Ability to create and build spreadsheets as needed 15. Makes appointments and deals with all company phone calls 16. Updates company-wide calendar 17. Assists as needed in any warranty service calls and scheduling 18. Assists as needed in any creation of EPO requests and keeping track of sales orders 19. Assists as needed in tracking and dealing with project returns and credits

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 applications 2. Attention to detail skills 3. Teamwork and communication/writing skills 4. Problem solving skills 5.

Preferred:
