We are currently seeking a Legal Receptionist to join our clients’ team. 100% on site role in Altamonte Springs, FL $17
- 18/hour Direct Hire The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical work and project coordination, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate projects and events as needed
