Augustine is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionists to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support as they navigate their automotive journey. If you’re passionate about creating positive first impressions and have a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, and promptly address their inquiries and concerns Answer incoming phone calls professionally, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere Assist in maintaining customer records and entering data into the dealership management system Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless customer support Receive and distribute mail and deliveries as required Provide assistance as needed during community events held at the store , ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both customers and staff members Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the dealership team

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work Saturdays as needed Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service Proficient in using computers, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive and friendly attitude Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
