Summary:
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will act as the director of first impressions for The Bailey Group, directing visiting and communicating with prospects, clients, vendors and affiliates with courtesy and confidence, and assisting associates with day-to-day operational tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Bailey Group receptionist must be able to successfully complete any applicable training programs and possess: Previous Success in customer service Experience in a multi-line phone system Computer literacy- including Microsoft Windows and Office functionality, including Excel experience (exceeding data entry, specifically including basic formulas and formatting functionality) Other Duties and Responsibilities Answering multi-line phone system, incoming calls in a courteous and confident manner Calling prospects, clients, vendors, and staff as directed by administration Utilizing computer skills for data review, data entry and report generation Preparing conference facilities, lobby and public spaces prior to and following visitors Ensuring that guests have attested to being COVID symptom-free, and that they are comfortable while waiting, including offering guests coffee or water Offering prospects, clients, vendors and staff courteous phone transfers Other administrative duties assigned such as UPS mail tracking, reporting and other administrative tasks that may be periodically needed (ex. envelope stuffing, mail labels, etc.) Knowledge, Skills, and/or
