Our front office team plays a critical role in setting the tone for every client experience, and we’re looking for a confident, personable, and organized receptionist to join our team in Ponte Vedra.
Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our firm, the Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, answering incoming calls and emails, and providing general administrative support to the legal and operations teams. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally answer and direct all incoming phone calls Respond promptly and courteously to client emails and inquiries Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival Manage conference room scheduling and maintain a tidy reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Perform basic administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing Support attorneys and staff with ad hoc office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using basic office software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, etc.) Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure
