This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and high-end wellness setting. . Responsibilities Greet and check in and check out clients with professionalism and warmth Answer phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Manage booking system (Zenoti or similar) efficiently Assist in daily opening/closing procedures Ensure lobby and front area are clean and welcoming Support staff coordination and daily schedule flow Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office. Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure client information is up-to-date. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, communication, and scheduling. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations. Skills and Requirements Prior spa, salon, or medical office front desk experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable learning spa software (Zenoti experience is a plus) Professional appearance and friendly demeanor Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Flexible availability, including evenings and Sundays. Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong clerical skills with experience in administrative support roles.
