Job description The Front Desk Customer Service Representative serves as the welcoming face of our facility. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all members, participants, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence Greet all visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism. Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, directing inquiries as needed. Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner. Register participants for various programs and classes. Process payments, handle membership inquiries, and manage facility access. Program Support Provide information about program schedules, fees, and facility policies. Assist coaches and instructors with administrative tasks as needed. Help promote upcoming programs, events, or registration deadlines. Proactively address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. Facility Management Opening/Closing duties such as stocking concessions, lobby cleaning, answering voicemails and emails. Report any facility maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

Essential Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with registration software. Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Preferred Experience in a customer service or youth-related setting. Passion for sports and fitness.
