Provides clerical support for the Villages Location
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing. Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail; prepares all outgoing mail and packages. Types and distributes internal and external correspondence as assigned. Sorts and files correspondence and other records. Performs data entry duties as assigned. Answers and routes telephone calls; conveys messages. As back-up receptionist, performs receptionist duties including but not limited to answering, screening, and directing calls on multi-line phone system; taking messages and/or forwarding telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager; meeting and greeting visitors. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of two years office experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Acute attention to detail. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Strong organizational skills. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures. Problem Solving
