Kelly Services is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a busy Law Office located in The Villages, FL 32162. Pay
- 20/hour Schedule
- Mon-Friday 8am-5pm Duration

ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Client and Visitor Management:
Greeting clients and visitors, directing them appropriately, and ensuring a positive first impression.
Communication Management:
Answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, and handling other forms of correspondence.
Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings efficiently.
Administrative Support:
Filing documents, managing mail and faxes, and performing other clerical tasks as needed.
Maintaining Office Supplies:
Ensuring the front desk area is stocked with necessary supplies and inventory. Assisting with
Client Relations:
Handling client complaints or inquiries, and assisting with other client-related tasks. Maintaining a

Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
