Front Desk Receptionist Remedi Nail Spa 2643 Narnia Way, Land O’ Lakes, FL 34638 Remedi Nail Spa is a waterless, wellness-focused nail spa specializing in medical pedicures and natural nail care. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. This role is essential to creating a seamless and professional experience for our guests from the moment they walk in (or call!) to the moment they leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally in person and over the phone Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client check-ins/outs using our booking software Respond to emails, texts, voicemails, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area Assist with client intake forms and ensure accurate records Handle retail product sales and inventory tracking Support technicians with client coordination and service flow Monitor and restock refreshments, supplies, and retail displays as needed Maintain spa policies regarding cleanliness, professionalism, and confidentiality
Requirements:
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (spa or salon experience a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable using booking and POS software (Meevo experience a plus, but not required) Friendly, calm, and composed under pressure Team player with a “go-the-extra-mile” attitude Must be reliable and punctual
