The ResiCentral Support Receptionist we seek would be responsible for performing various duties relating to phone calls, placing orders and assisting with other essential duties. This is an entry level position where the potential for growth begins the moment you join us! Primary Job Functions Provides friendly, courteous, professional, and timely telephone support. Professionally greet and direct clients, consultants, and vendors. Prepares correspondence, filing, copying as needed. Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, printed material, and fax documents. Shipping and receiving FedEx & UPS Endorse, ship and track collaterals daily. Tracking final title policies and recorded deeds Maintain our aged trailing documents reports. Qualifications/Experience Mortgage, Title, or Escrow experience is preferred. Strong ability to handle multiple tasks. Previous receptionist and customer service experience preferred. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to operate office equipment, copiers, and facsimiles.
