The candidate will be responsible for answer incoming calls and redirecting to the right departments. Able to interact with the visitors, family members, residents, and corporate staff professionally. Minor filing and carrying out other tasks as requested in situations where hands on intervention/participation may be needed. May be required to work rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, additional hours, and in different positions as the facilities needs require. Must practice good personal hygiene and follow dress code requirements.
