Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked. Handle scheduling appointments and managing calendars as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and other clerical duties. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite. Bilingual abilities are required.
