JobDetails Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in aprofessional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manageincoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel andtaking accurate messages. Transcribe legal documents andcorrespondence as needed. Maintain organized filing systems forlegal documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance withdocument management systems. Collaborate with paralegals to ensuresmooth workflow within the office.
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred,particularly in roles involving case management. Strongorganizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively ina fast-paced environment. Familiarity with document managementsystems and project management tools. Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
