Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Salty rentals and sales New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company. Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members, ensuring efficient time management. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy access to information. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking payments. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence preparation, and office supply management. Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required. Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not mandatory. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with calendar management and front desk operations is advantageous.
