We are currently seeking a Screening Receptionist, to provide coverage for the screening reception area on a daily basis through maintaining a friendly environment with professionalism and attention to confidentiality at all times. This is a full-time, office-based position in Daytona Beach, Florida. •Work shift: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm

•Summary of role: Many are drawn to their profession because of its direct impact on patient care. If this is your case, you will not miss that working in Phase 1 trials. Whilst allowing you to have a close face-to-face relationship with participants, and as you continue to practice your clinical skills and knowledge, you´ll be involved with the latest medical technologies and treatments, witnessing their development firsthand. When the drug you worked with gets approved, you know you´ll touch many patient´s lives around the world.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be responsible for the organization of volunteers attending medical screening sessions. The role covers all elements of the screening reception function Other key responsibilities: You will assist with preparation of screening forms containing the correct Volunteer Information Document, Consent and other miscellaneous information for each volunteer attending screening. You will check volunteers into the screening department and ensure that the volunteers attending screening complete all necessary documentation accurately. Ensure that the screening area is kept tidy during and at the end of the session. You will check out the volunteers after the screening session and ensure that they have correct information regarding their screening results. Undertake any other duties as required
