Receptionist / Office Support Robert M. Gardner, P.C. 114 North Broad Street, Winder, GA 30680 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Perform front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls. Handle phone systems with professionalism, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times. Schedule appointments and maintaining calendars as needed Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication with clients and visitors. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Skills Experience as a legal office receptionist is a plus but not necessary Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices. Effective customer support abilities, demonstrating patience and understanding.
