This hybrid role blends administrative expertise with direct patient interaction. You’ll manage front desk responsibilities while also assisting with therapeutic services and innovative wellness modalities designed to support healing and recovery.
What You’ll Do:
Create a warm, professional, and inviting experience for every patient and visitor Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage patient scheduling with precision and care Keep patient files updated and assist with light documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and calming front desk environment Guide patients through therapy stations and support them during treatments using cutting-edge technologies Help the clinical team with various aspects of patient care to ensure a smooth and supportive experience Pitch in with other office and clerical duties as needed—everyone on our team wears a few hats!
