Experience as a Medical Receptionist is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires proficiency in administrative tasks, experience with insurance verification, processing incoming referrals, medical records processing, answering multiple telephone lines, and experience with electronic health record systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinical Works, etc. Must be able to travel to our offices in Warner Robins, GA; Dublin, GA; Milledgeville, GA; and Macon, GA every week. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Verify insurance information and facilitate the billing process. Collect patient balances. Schedule appointments and handle phone inquiries. Experience with eClinicalWorks is preferred. Provide administrative support, including filing and managing medical records efficiently. Process incoming referrals. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.
