This position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients by handling check-out procedures, scheduling follow-up appointments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and care Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize patient satisfaction and provider availability Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment Keep patient records organized and up to date Accurately obtain, record, and update personal and financial information Record and collect patient balances, manage credit extensions, and assist with collections Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and needs Uphold patient confidentiality and rights at all times Follow all clinic policies and procedures, and assist with improvements as needed Collaborate with the team to support daily operations and ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical field Strong multi-tasking skills and flexibility Excellent telephone and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in scheduling, time management, and word processing Professional demeanor with a quality-focused and team-oriented attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
