Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Check guests in and out efficiently using our reservation system Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously Answer and direct phone calls, take reservations, and manage booking systems Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel software Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle issues professionally Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time; must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
